(1 to 3 years old). Pinot Noir: 40 to 50 %, Meunier: 30 to 40%, Chardonnay: 10 to 20 %

21 months maturation in the cellars.

Creaminess & vibrancy. The captivating density of exotic fruits: pineapple and passion
fruit. The silky firmness of stone fruits: Mirabelle plum and apricot. The brisk freshness of
grapefruit notes.

Recommended Food Pairing:
Spicy Indian and Chinese dishes. Foie grass and milled black pepper.
