Gigondas 2015 - Domaine la Haute Marone (Red Wine)

 Grape Variety : 70% Grenache ; 15% Mourvedre ; 15% Syrah
 This wine has a rich and intense red tone.
 Intense aromas of ripe raspberries.
 A wisp of smoke creeps in along with some hints of toasted cocoa beans. Deep and intense, this wine slowly reveals its secrets - black cherries, dark chocolate, a hint of clove and nutmeg - hugely rich and enveloping but with elegance.
 Ideal with red meat or game dishes and hard cheeses like farmhouse cheddar.
 It should be chilled 16-18 degrees before serving.
