Overall, it’s a very good wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing.
Very elegant wine. The wine shows itself after 2 hours decanting. Great complexity and length.
More blossom and small flowers characters on the nose. A bit of savory notes on the palate.
Ideally served with Aiguillettes, duck cutlet, rib grilled on vine shoots.
