The nose is very flattering ; this raspberry eau de vie stands out with heavy and juicy fruit aromas. Less complex than the Wild raspberry, it remains however extremely precise.
The palate is intensely fruity with an impressive mellowness.
Serve between 12° and 15° C in a wine glass with a small opening (ie. INAO glass).
Drink as a digestif at the end of a meal or in a cocktail.
This eau de vie de Framboise was aged for a minimum of 6 years in a stainless steel vat.
