The intensity of the Pinot Noir (40 - 50% of which 10% red wine), with the roundness of
the Meunier (30 - 40% of which 10% red wine), and finished with the elegance
of the Chardonnay (10 - 20%).

Maturation 21 months maturation in the cellars.

The juicy and persistent intensity of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant), the
fleshiness and firmness of peach, and the freshness of a subtle menthol note - all creating a champagne that has intensity and roundness.

Recommended Food Pairing:
Beef carpaccio done in olive oil and ground pepper, red summer fruit salad.
