Grape Varieties – 80% Merlot et 20% Cabernet Franc
 Perfect incarnation of elegancy-deep ruby rose.
 At first, the taste of black fruits surprises in this vintage, with a fresher hint. The new plots of cabernet francs (20%) are probably the explanation.
 On the palate, we find a nice knit, silky, really on velvet. Ageing is still on, however, a wine with a great finesse is already born, with power as one of the best vintages of Château La Gaffeliere
 Great with red meat and game animals.
