Eau de Vie de Kirsch (Cherry Brandy) – Metté

• 700ml-45% Alc. Volume
• The nose is greedy and flattering, very expressive! Aromas of red fruits dominate first: cherries, cherry pits, raspberries and redcurrants. Pastry notes arrive then; almond, marzipan and sweet spices. The palate is rich, opulent. The long and fulfilling finish releases scents of almonds and cherry jam!
• Serve between 12° and 15°C in a wine glass with a small opening (eg. INAO glass). Drink as a digestif at the end of a meal or in a cocktail.
